Do you mean you need a screenshot of each probe setting page? As shown in the attached picture?

Next time I will explain the conditions more clearly. I'll test it when I have time.

Different probe settings for different probes with different display technology will alter the probe's sensitivity.
For example, as the User Guides state, AIO is not necessarily the best mode for the i1D3.

Hello,
Could you please confirm whether ColorSpace supports the X-Rite Display Pro with firmware version: i1-18.B-02.XXXXXX.08?

Additionally, are there any known limitations or missing probe settings with this firmware?

As the website page for the i1D3 states, all models are supported.
Only the fake C6 HDR5000 is not supported.

I just bought a Calibrite Display Plus HL colorimeter and the latest version of ColourSpace ZRO.
ColourSpace ZRO is unable to connect to the colorimeter.
How can I resolve this issue?

All the i1D3 versions of Calibrite probes just work with ColourSpace.
So, the issue will be elsewhere.
Have you searched this forum for info on other issues.
There is even a ? Connection Issues button link on the i1D3 Hardware Guide page.

Maybe the Calibrite Display Plus HL's native driver was installed with the Calibrite PROFILER software?

Although things might've changed, that's unlikely. The I1D3 and its variants operate under the Windows system HID driver and don't need specific drivers as do the I1 Pro spectros. Probably it is something already discussed in the documentation Steve referenced.
Oops! See the correction by Steve below.

No, the i1D3 probes do indeed use drivers, as we use an open source one, as stated a long time back.
And Argyll use their own too, which is not compatible with ColourSpace.
And neither is the Calibrite driver.

Being HID still requires a specifc driver for given hardware.

It is the first point made in the documentation I referenced.

Gotcha. Here all this time I've been thinking it was the HID driver only. I knew about the Argyll driver being incompatible with ColourSpace.
My bad...

Please verify if the "logi_lamparray_service" is causing the issue (more info).
