License Deactivation
ColourSpace comes with 5x User Deactivations, as defined within the Licensing page of the website. As all licenses are not floating licenses, the provided Deactivations are for when upgraded a PC, etc so should be more than enough for normal user needs.
If the PC dies, or is lost, etc., this Request Form can be used to request a remote Deactivation.
License Deactivation/Reset Request
Before using the below Deactivation/Reset request form first make sure Windows Control Panel shows only one instance of ColourSpace installed.
Additionally, make sure the license has not been used on any other PC, and make sure to include the License Key, the host PC Name, & the email address as shown on your original invoice, and you original invoice number.
For security reasons, it is imperative that all the following requested information is provided, and is accurate.
