Second ASUS Internal probe won't connect when both ASUS monitors are powered on simultaneously

Setup: Two identical ASUS PA32UCXR monitors, ColourSpace LTE rental, Windows 11, ASUS motherboard.

- With only one ASUS PA32UCXR powered on, ColourSpace connects to its Internal probe correctly in a fresh Profiling window — confirmed working for either monitor individually, so it's not a hardware fault on either unit.
- With both monitors powered on simultaneously: first Profiling window connects fine to whichever monitor grabs it first. A second Profiling window's Probe Options shows "Connected probe: None," status "Busy," and Serial Port locked/greyed on COM1 with no way to select the second monitor's C-O-M port.
- Confirmed via Device Manager that both monitors enumerate identically and correctly at the Windows level (2x Communications Port C-O-M entries, 2x matched Billboard Interface + Vendor Interface pairs) — so this is not a driver/enumeration issue.
- Ruled out Admin mode as a factor — running ColourSpace as Administrator did not change the outcome; the deciding factor is strictly whether both monitors are powered on at once.

This looks like ColourSpace's ASUS Internal probe detection grabs the first available device rather than allowing per-window selection between multiple connected units. Is there a setting to allow two simultaneous ASUS Internal probe connections across two Profiling windows, or is this a known limitation?

That is expected - you cannot drive two identical probes simultaneously.
Info on not using dual probes simultaneously is in the website, somewhere...
