ColourSpace ZRO v1.0.1.2308 Patch Colour window does not open

Hello,

I am using ColourSpace ZRO v1.0.1.2308 on Windows 11.

In Manual Measure, clicking the Patch Colour box does not open the floating patch window.

I have already reinstalled ColourSpace, reset the user data folder, tested one monitor, 100% scaling, English language, reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, and checked Defender. The probe connects correctly and test patterns work.

Is this a bug, or is there another setting required?

There is no such bug, so something with your PC/monitor configuration.
Does your PC think a second monitor is attached?
But what do you mean 'and test patterns work'???

The issue was resolved by resetting the configuration file. Here's how to reset it.

Then that means the Config File was somehow set to open the patch window off-screen, likely on a second monitor that was at some point connected.
