CG2400SV – "Monitor failed to load gamma values" during LUT upload in ColourSpace

Hi Steve,
I'm having an issue with a new EIZO ColorEdge CG2400SV monitor when using ColourSpace (latest version).
The profiling process itself works perfectly and the generated LUT looks correct, but LUT upload back into the monitor fails.
The error message is:
"Monitor failed to load gamma values."

Important details:
-Unity Bypass upload works correctly.
-Uploading the generated calibration LUT gives the gamma error.
-Default Unity LUT also gives the gamma error.
-The monitor is connected correctly and profiling communication works normally.
-ColourSpace is the latest version.
-Older EIZO CG models worked without any issues in the same workflow.

I also tested with both:
-an external Konica Minolta CS-200 probe
-and the monitor's internal sensor

The behaviour is identical in both cases, although it does not appear to be probe-related.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

The error message means there is a USB issue, or the monitor has something internally that is not allowing the USB connection to communicate correctly.
The Unity Bypass upload doesn't upload a LUT, as per the user guides.
It resets things internally.

Hi Steve,
You were correct — it turned out to be related to communication during LUT upload.
We were using the internal EIZO TPG, and at the moment of LUT upload there was no active external SDI signal present on the calibrated input.
As soon as we enabled a live SDI signal, LUT upload immediately started working correctly.
We remembered seeing similar behaviour previously with SDI calibration workflows on HD2Line monitors, where the calibrated input also needs to have an active signal present.
Additionally, the monitor also needed to be connected through the USB port marked "2" (factory default assignment), not USB port "1".
So the issue is now resolved.
Thank you again for the help!

Thanks for the update.
Using the wrong USB port is a simple error - done that myself.
And the User Guides do state the need to have a valid input signal.
