I am trying to create 3D LUTS for an LG G1 on a Windows PC running Windows 11 with the latest updates and drivers. Recordings from an i1Pro3 and an i1D3 are fine when I read series in the Manual module and even when I read series like Grey Ramp RGB from the Mode panel in the Characterisation module but when I try to read profiling files or verification files, with the same settings, in Custom mode, the probes flash, showing that they have recorded the values, but the corresponding dots do not appear on the screen and the values are not recorded. I have the latest version of ColourSpace and I have tried multiple profiling files.

You probably have Graph Options set to not show all points.

Problem solved. "Others" was checkout out in the Graph Options module. I lost hours trying to understand the issue.
If I may, I would suggest that this is an example of poor user interface in ColourSpace. Why does one option in one panel (Graph) affect the display in another panel (Characterisation). The same comment applies to Probe Matching in the Graph module that should really be in the Probe panel.

Thanks Steve.

Graph Options affects All Graphs.
That is why it is called Graph Options.
