I'm planning to buy a 55" LG G5 soon, and I'm wondering if the 2025 LG OLED models have already been integrated into ColourSpace.
Can I calibrate and profile it, then upload 1D/3D LUTs to the TV?

There should be nothing needed vs. previous LG models.
However, we've not had any feedback as yet.
But if there are any issues, we'll get them sorted.

Do be aware there are report of serious banding in HDR modes though.
One of our professional post-production users has just returned one, as it was far worse than their existing G3.

I myself couldn't get DeviceControl to connect with 3001ssl port, even though I get Hello world by opening it in a browser.
Will be trying again when i1d3 G5 correlation file is available.

Really appreciate it! I watched some reviews (Rtings, etc.), and I think I'll wait until LG fixes the HDR10 issue.

Is there any way to connect to an LG G5 via DeviceControl to enable the HDR calibration mode? I was not able to do it and therefore I'm stuck and I don't know how to calibrate my G5.

You can use the 2023 template, but if you see the following error, it means your TV has disabled calibration functions.

Somehow I've used an old DeviceControl version, updated it through the menu and managed to connect with 3001ssl port immediately. Haven't encountered any issues with 2023 templates.

Yeah, the 2023 Template works fine with 2024/2025 LGs.
