What does the latest ColourSpace release say when you connect to the LG and try to calibrate?

Hi Steve. It sends the error message" TV reporting no calibration support"
I have written LG but not heard back yet. Following the other thread

I do have a Service Remote if they tell us what to chance things in the setup menu.

You can verify this with bscpylgtv using the get configs command looking for the string tv.model.supportCalmanSW being false.

i have a c3 where is= tv.model.supportCalmanSW being false
But i can set it to hdr10 calibration mode

i have a c4 wher is= tv.model.supportCalmanSW being false
and i cant set it to hdr10 calibration mode

So this flag has nothing to do with it

So LG send me this Lame support message:
"Hi Jakob,
Unfortunately, we are not trained in calibration, as LG does not offer any type of calibration service beyond the ability for our TVs to be calibrated.
For help with calibration, we suggest that you speak to a company that specializes in calibrating TVs. "

I wrote back again that the firmware is broken. Last reply took them 2 weeks....
