Regarding the abnormal reading of MK550T in ColourSpace

Hi, I was testing the low light performance of the i1d3 and discovered a little problem with the MK550T probe in ColourSpcae.

When the MK550T is measuring, the Y reading will continue to increase cumulatively. causing erroneous measurement data. In order to confirm this problem, I repeatedly measured the RGB 0 0 0 color patch in manual measurement. And record his readings as attached.

I have two MK550Ts and both have the same problem when measuring in CS. I tried to perform repeated measurements of the same black color patch with the same parameters in the MK 550T's original software. But in uSpectrum software, although there is occasional drift, most readings repeat within the correct range. I also recorded his relevant measurements.

In addition, I used the black point data measured by Topcon SR-UL2 as a reference.

Can you confirm what causes the cumulative deviation in the measurement readings of MK550T in CS?

The measured data file is attached.

Thanks.

ColourSpace only ever reports the values as presented by the probe
The values you have appear to not be cumulative, but random.
That simply suggests the probe is reading random variable values, which may be display variations, or probe.
It is impossible to say which.

It is quite possible other software is performing some form of averaging, which ColourSpace most definitely doesn't do.

Thank you for your explanation. I think I will ask the equipment factory about this issue.
Have a nice day.
