Import colour space (Not Responding)

In ColourSpace when I do an Import Space i get the error above: Not Responding.
The program then goes into an infinite loop and I must exit.
What is the solution?

That suggests the Profile you are trying to import has an issue.
What is it, and where did it come from?

These are profiles that were built using LightSpace last year. If I select a file and try to open it using ColourSpace I get the error message:
The file size of the image must be 1920x1080.

Profiles are not Images - so it sounds like you are trying to load the wrong thing into the wrong place, with the wrong option...
Please have a look at the Interactive ColourSpace User Manual to see what the function you are using is really for.

Problem solved.

ColourSpace was waiting for a folder on OneDrive and OneDrive was not responding.
The error message about the image not being the right size also came from Windows.
Not able to see the profile I tried to open the file directly from Windows and Windows selected the wrong program.
If I try to open the profile using Open With ColourSpace, ColourSpace launches but the profile is not available.

You need to use ColourSpace to import the Profile.
No Profile can be 'opened' directly by ColourSpace from a different location, as it has to be in ColourSpace's library first.
