I bought a license for CMS BMLight a while ago, and have just got my hands on an i1 Display Pro (having been fool and bought a retail one first), so I'm just now diving into the software.

I've managed to profile the screen, but not managed to get a LUT out yet. All the export buttons are greyed out, and if I try to hit export from "Manage Colour Spaces" I get an error:

"Export is not supported with the DPS license"

It sounds like I'm still on the free version of the software. I've checked Help>License and the registration code matches the one on my invoice. Am I missing something here?

You are still using the DPS license...

Search for a hidden system folder called 'IProt' within the 'ProgramData' folder, and delete any folders/files found there.

Then re-license with the correct license.

Thanks, Steve. I've deleted the folder in there a couple of times over, now. Each time it asks me to enter my registration code, which I do, but the issue remains.
