It may think it does that, but the results say otherwise.
But as it doesn't actually say anything about how it is generating the alternative white points it provides, and what the offset is based on...
(Although I can guess, based on the results I got.)
Trying to provide alternative white points for a display that calibrates perfectly to D65 is just wrong - especially with the values suggested.
You can test with any spectral data you want, from any display that calibrates correctly to D65.
The results are invalid.
