I have been getting my interested diverted to this field form past sometime now..I know only a little abt it but i find it very intersting and would like to make my career in this. So cud someone please help me with the institutes offering courses for DI in mumbai or hyderabad. Needed a career guidance wish if someone cud help?

To become a colourist you would need to join a post-production company that can train you up over time, starting as a 'runner' or similar, and slowly progress through the company, gaining experience as you go.

You cannot simple do a 'course' and become a colourist...

Steve is right. You need to work in a post production facility and gain experience over time, go through every cog and wheel to learn the art and craft of a Colourist.
