I went to but some cables today. the computer tech there said do not connect USB A to USB A or you will fry your Tv. How do i connect to My Tv for calibration purposes? also can i used the external TGP of colourspace? Im currently connected by Ethernet but Connection through color space is not working.

You connect via the TVs IP address using a network cable connection, or WiFi.
And you can use any external TPG via the HDMI inputs, as per the User Guide above.

Hi Steve, Im still trying to connect to the tv. I used both wifi and ethernet, (separately). I pinged the tv and i got a reply. and made sure communication was up. Yet when trying to connect through colourspace it is giving me Error: No Host Defined. What would be the issue. I disabled firewall, and made sure they are on the same network and communication is up between tv and computer. Am i missing something?

That sounds like the TV is rejecting the connection attempt.
Or the IP address is incorrect.
You are not in Service mode on the TV, or similar?

No im not in service mode. the ip seems to be correct.. I manually edited the Ip 192.168.102.105 my computer address is 192.168.102.100.

When i ping the tv i get a response. so its weird. it shows its connected, but somehow not connecting through color space.

so most probably tv is rejecting? or maybe i should use default ip of the tv? is there a driver i need to install? im going to try connecting direct to the instead of having a router in between.

Hey Steve, First of all Thank you very much for you time. The solution was easy: Enter Network address into colourspace. Should have been more careful.

on another note what option should i select for Corr. Files Im using I1Display3 pro. TV is a LG C4. So currently i am on the preset Lg G3 WRGB Jeti 150.

If there is no C4 Corr. File, then likely that will be the best match.

Steve would this also work for the C2 panel?
Reading your correlation update in the user guide it seems using a correlation file with the i1 Display Pro may bring no real benefit as each devices hardware, although the same, returns different results?
