Hi Steve,
Hardware > ASUS > Connect, never complets; ColourSpace shows after 30-40 sec "Error:Connection failed to ASUS".

Setup:
- Mac Studio (M3 Ultra), MacOS 15.7.8 (24G824), Parallels Desktop 26.5.0 (57613), Windows 11 ARM
- ColourSpace (2.0.0.2424 / LTE), run as Administrator
- ASUS PA32UCDM, firmware MCM109, connected via its Thunderbolt/USB-C upstream port
- The monitor's control device shows up on the Mac as "DMC Device" (VID 0x0b05, PID 0x1bfc) and is passed through to Windows. In Device Manager it appears as "Vendor Interface" plus "Billboard Interface", no driver warnings.
- Image signal via HDMI from a Blackmagic UltraStudio (CalibMate as TPG)

What I've tried:
- Running ColourSpace as Administrator
- Full factory reset of the monitor and power cycle (mains disconnected)
- Restarting the VM and reconnecting the USB device before launching ColourSpace

Is the ASUS integration supported under Windows 11 ARM in Parallels on Apple Silicon? If not, is the recommended route a separate x86 Windows PC just for connecting and uploading the LUT?

Thanks and best regards,
Daniel

Such issues are not ColourSpace related.

They are usually to do with Parallels not being setup correctly for USB pass through, os similar.
Or ASUS drivers do not work with Windows for ARM.

That is something you would need to research via Parallels support and/or ASUS.

Having said that, if there were such issues with ASUS and Windows for ARM I suspect other users would have reported the issues.
So I suspect is is just a Parallels VM setup issue on your system.

As an update, I have checked this.
ASUS do not have/use drivers that are compatible with Windows ARM.
It is therefore impossible to connect to them in a VM environment.

As said, nothing to do with ColourSpace.

Thanks, Steve, for your research.
I finally figured out how to connect the Asus PA32UCDM to Parallels—at least via USB—and upload LUTs. It was simple; it only works through the port marked with 96 watts and a laptop icon. All other USB ports can be used for a measuring device, but Colourspace doesn't recognize the monitor there. Using the monitor itself via Parallels doesn't seem to work at all.

Only that port can be used at all for monitor control via any system.
No other port can be used.
ASUS's own user manual defines that.

But, if you connect/control via Windows Arm, that is unexpected as the driver is not Windows Arm compliant.
I have tested with my M1 Mac and VMware Fusion, and it will not work.

Hi Steve, just so you know, it works in Parallels. It probably accesses the Mac driver.
