CDL files not loading into LightSpace - with message stating 'No valid CDL/CCC data found'

There have been reports of some CDL files not loading in to the ASC CDL Batch Conversion option within LightSpace CMS.
This is virtually always due to the CDL file not be formatted correctly as per the CDL XML file specifications.

Specifically, the issue is with the <ColorCorrection> entry.
It must have an 'id' to be a valid CDL file.

For some reason many individual CDL files seem to lack this entry!
