No, but in the past I had a VM in the notebook, but I removed it and vmware in the past. ( And I've cleaned all network devices related with it, I've been three days with Gemini trying to clean all network devices, reinstalling drivers, reseting network, etc).

Hi, I've been able to solve the issue. I'm sharing it below, maybe it can help other people.

Here is the process:

1) Download the ISO: Go to the official Microsoft website and download the Windows ISO matching your version (Windows 10 or 11). You can use the "Media Creation Tool" and select "Create installation media" -> "ISO file".

2) Mount the ISO: Once downloaded, double-click the ISO file. Windows will mount it as a virtual DVD drive.

3) Run Setup: Open the drive and run setup.exe.

4) The Critical Step: Proceed through the menu until you reach the "Ready to install" screen. Make sure it says: "Keep personal files and apps". (If it doesn't, do not proceed).

5) Install: Click Install: The PC will restart several times.

This essentially gives you a fresh OS "under the hood" while leaving your user environment, licenses, and installed software exactly where they were. It's a great way to clear out driver/network conflicts without the headache of reinstalling everything from scratch.

Hope this helps anyone stuck in a similar loop!

Thanks for your help and fast responses.

You can do all that from within Windows -> Settings -> Recovery.
There are a number of options to Reset/Recover Windows there.

I did say you likely had a corrupt Windows installation previously.
Glad you have sorted it.
