The Light Illusion server suffered a serious failure over the weekend of the 24th/25th Feb.
This affected both the website, as well as emails.

As a result, any emails that were sent to us during the period will not have been received.
If you are expecting a reply for an email send over the weekend please re-send your message.

All is now working as it should again!
