Stab patch popping up when manually populating target min/max luma during measurements.... [Fixed]

When using stab patches, if you decide to not use the Profile Luma Auto function to fill in the Target Luma Max / Min fields but instead use the up arrow to populate Target Max / Min in the middle of a sequence, the stab patch will immediately pop up on screen and take the place of the intended patch in the sequence.This is similar to the earlier stab patch popping up when changing target gamuts in the middle of a sequence bug.
