I am approaching more seriously the calibration process, figuring out some stuff before diving deeper into it.
To start dipping my toes I downloaded the testimages. What colour space should I assume they are for? Are those agnostic? Will the white, on a proper calibrated monitor or projector at the right white point?
Otherwise how do I get correct test images for different white points?

All 'Test Images' are colour space agnostic.
(By that we mean images with flat colour, not 'real' images with actual captured scenes.)

Thank you! I was worried since I know that picture can have embended colour space metadata, and for example resolve doesn't seems to open cmyk tiff oni wondered if it had any influence.

We do not use ICC profiles in the Film and TV world.
They are just not viable/suitable/accurate enough.
