I am a Mac user but need to buy an inexpensive Windows laptop for running a couple programs on set. Does anyone know the minimum requirements to run LightSpace CMS are for calibration? I have a Eizo CG277 and use this with Resolve 11 and would like to calibrate through Resolve in order the bypass potential ICC profile issue in the PC. Unless, there is an easy method to make sure the ICC profile is disabled with the Eizo set-up method already have available. Thanks for your help. S

There is nothing special required for LightSpace - just about the most basic laptop will work.

To verify no ICC issue you can use SpaceMatch DCM - check the webaite pahe for that.

I run it inside a VM under OS-X just fine with my Klein KT10A & Fuji IS-mini.

A "VM"? Not acquainted with the acronym. How do you ensure, if you don't mind me asking, that there is no ICC profile influencing your Mac and, thus, the calibration? I'm assuming a MacBook Pro or Air? Thanks!

Sorry - should have been clearer; VM - Virtual Machine; Windows 7 running inside Parallels on my 15" MacBook Pro.
Running MS Windows in a VM is traditionally the lowest-powered kind of computer; the underlying host operating system (OS-X Mavericks in my case) is having to simulate a PC for the hosted operating system.
The Fuji IS mini is an SDi/HDMI patch generator so I'm driving the monitor I'm calibrating/making a LUT for over either SDi (for broadcast monitors) or HDMI (if I'm trying to get a domestic TV to match).
The reason I do this is that I still like to use Chroma Surf with the Klein probe for easily calibratable displays (i.e. pro TV monitors), but when any LUTs are involved LightSpace can't be beat!
