When generating a Luma LUT I get this displayed occasionally. Sometimes I get the cube but mostly I get just the straight lines like this.

That means the profile you are using is in some way invalid.
But, there was a bug with Quick Profiles introduced that has been fixed - so please make sure you have updated ColourSpace to the most recent release.

That is not the latest version.
As per the website, the latest is v1846.
