I am trying to find the control points for this TV but the results aren't coming out in a zig zag pattern as per the guide. They start off like a zig zag and then it becomes more of a rounded off shape is this correct or am I doing something wrong.

Set your contrast using a pattern with flashing bars, prevent clipping and then scan with LEGAL patchscale to find the code levels for the control points.

That's what I did do I need to set any specific settings in the colorspace app.

Which TPG do you use? Which video colorspace output?

Use LEGAL patchscale to scan for the 0-100% range.

I used Pgenerator with YcbCr444 output with 16-235.

It's OK I used it as it was and it produced a great result. For TCL TVs do you recommend rec709 or BT1886.

OK thanks the only reason I ask is because the TV uses this but I presume their is no harm in just correcting the points to 2.4.
