Hi,

What type of LUT is used in Spacematch DCM? Reading the docs I was under the impression that it's a 3D LUT, but I saw somewhere mentioned it's just an 1D LUT.

Regards,

SpaceMatch DCM 'manages' the VCGT LUT (Video Card Gamma Table) which is a 1D LUT.

This is a restriction of the Graphics Card, and has nothing to do with SpaceMatch.

I was hoping it was a solution similar to Reshade Framework, but at system level.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as System Wide 3D LUT capability for any PC/Mac OS/Hardware...
That's why Reshade only works with 'some' programs...

It really would be great to have a graphics card that had 3D LUT capability!

It would be a revolution.
Actually I think it's trivial for manufacturers to implement an optional 3DLUT module for graphics card, for let's say 300 EUR.
