You and FSI are confusing 2 different things.
Probe Matching uses .bpd files, and FSI can make you a match file if you send them your probe.
(But, it will still not be perfect, as they will not be using your actual screen to make the file.)
And these are matrix files.
The alternative is Correlation Files, which the (very old) screen grab is showing.
These are not matrix files - as they use spectral data.
FSI should also know that there are now specific Correlation Files for all their monitor models - they made them for us.
I would respond to Jonathan with that info - they should know better.
But be aware that no Corr. File can be relied on for accuracy, unless you displays is a near perfect match to the display the Corr. File was generated on.
Use SPD2Matrix to verify suitability.
