New Web Page - LUT Image based manipulation

A new web page has been added that describes how to use the LUT Image with a graphics program, such as Photoshop, to perform user manipulation of any LUT.

I've just added more information to the LUT Image Manipulation page.

Should help further understanding what is possible with this approach!
