LightSpace DPS won't start windows 8.1 x64

Try to reload install file, reinstall it several times, disabled anti-virus, start software as "administrator", tried to connect spyder 4 HW (have no idea where software have some restrictions on start without calibrator), tried to change hdmi out on graphic card (nvidia 670) to display port. Maybe resolution is an issue (have 2560x1080 21:9 display) - tried to change to 1920x1080. Tried to start program in different windows compatibility modes.

Absolutely nothing happens when I try to start software.

Found nothing on forum, google, lightillusion support page.
Tried for 3 days - no solution was found

Hardware - Windows PC based on i5, 16gb ram, intel raid (system drive is single drive), nvidia graphic 670.

Have no idea how to start lightspace and where else read about issues.

There are no requirements for the software to load, and it works on all Windows versions, including on Mac under emulation.

Is the download corrupt in some way?

We have not heard of any startup issues, so it could even be a an OS installation issue I guess?

Sorry not a lot of help, but we have just never heard of similar problems.

Semi new os (several weeks ago installed). Almost no software (davinci resolve, datacolor spyder elite and little else).

downloaded 3 times. tried to unpack with integrated windows unzipper and 7zip.
anyway I get the same file. and installer show no issues. after all - double click on short-cut - nothing happens. Tried every exe and bat in program files - lightillusion, still nothing. even in task manager.

even have no clue what is wrong with software. Interested so much in alternative to datacolor elite software.

OS is in Russian language, I heard that some software doesn't work when it find Cyrillic symbols in path. but path is clear of Cyrillic symbols ( "C:\Program Files (x86)\Light Illusion\LightSpace CMS\" )

Really sorry to say we have no idea...
Never seen such a problem, so can't make any suggestions, other than to make sure you have all standard Windows OS components installed.

Tried at windows 7 x64 notebook - worked just fine.

It looks like a good peace of software.

it a pity that I cannon use it on workstation, but I tried thought notebook connection - datacolor calibration software made it's job well, as I can say. Made some correction to profile using lightillusion as measurement tool.
