LG G5 - LUT upload issue - "Auto Dynamic Contrast" re-enabled

An issue that I "enjoyed" yesterday, was doing a colour calibration on a new LG 55G5 and after doing the final LUT upload, finding that the G5 had set the "Auto Dynamic Contrast" back to ON.
You can manually turn it off again and the 3D LUT will then works well.
It does it consistently if you try to upload it again.
I've not seen this before on G4 and G3 models, so I assume it must be related to the latest G5 firmware?
ColourSpace v1.0.1.2208 was used and the LG was running v33.22.65.01 (webOS25)
The LUT was being uploaded in the "Game" picture mode.
I didn't get a chance to check it with the new ColourSpace v1.0.1.2224.
Something to be aware of in case you haven't enjoyed it yet.

How were the results? Not a lot of feedback from ColourSpace users who have performed a 3D LUT calibration on the G5.

It looked pretty good.
My calibration was totally SDR based.
I wish they were still using the MLA screen layer, like on the G3 and G4, but HDR brightness seems to be more important these days.
The client had initially gone for a 65C5 and though some reviews said that it's viewing angle performance was very good, I thought it was shocking.
Hence the change to 55G5. It was very significantly better.
There were even more AI features to find and turn off of course.
The blue primary wasn't quite right, but everything else was fine and the ColourSpace calibration worked like a dream.
LG seem to have made it impossible to get into the extended service menu, though it appears that TCP and GSR are now disabled from the factory.
The new ColourSpace LG Interactive controls are very helpful.

It's possible to restore access to the complete hidden Service Menu using https://github.com/chros73/bscpylgtv with the following command:

bscpylgtvcommand 192.168.1.xx set_settings other "{\"svcMenuFlag\": false}"

This is normal behavior in SDR Game mode on all 2025 models (this one of two settings that changes). It happens when you send the "CAL_START" and "CAL_END" commands. You will have to remember to disable it after those two commands.

This is not true for any 2025 model. Both settings are ON by default from the factory. You will have to send commands to turn them OFF.
