I just installed ColourSpaceZRO on my PC and I'm doing the first tests but I immediately got stuck because my i1Display PRO is not recognized. On the same PC I also installed HCFR and here the probe is recognized and works without problems. I tried to completely uninstall HCFR to rule out compatibility problems but still the probe is not recognized on ColourSpaceZRO. As soon as I click on "Connect" the bar turns bright red and says "Errror". What can I do?
