I am a little confused about that, can the 319x be used in YUV with a 3dLUT? So is the LUT after the YUV to RGB conversion?

That depends on the LUT location.

From the User Guide:
"...some EIZO monitors have two 3D LUT locations - Standard and Extended - with Extended being before the YUV to RGB conversion, and so will not work with YUV inputs. Standard is after the YUV to RGB conversion, and will therefore work with YUV or RGB inputs."

Hi Steve, yes I know that, but how can I verify if the 319x has Standard and or Extended?

Connect to the monitor, and check the options via ColourSpace.

Sorry my mistake, i mean TPG. Choose the extended on Lut process and run the calibration, i did many times and never have any issue. In TPG i choose Standard slot and get result around dE Avg 0.18
