Create custom patch sequence / merge patch sequences

Is it possible to export some of the standard patch sequences like the Grayscale Large, Memory Colours and Gamut Sweep sequences and merge them into a single patch sequence?

Indeed - just use Manage in Characterisation to Export Sequence, which exports a .csv file of the selected patch sequence, and then use Excel to edit as you want/need.
