You can easily make your own, and leant more about calibration at the same time.

The section on Defining Adjustment Point Values under Manual Measure.

But for LG TVs you REALLY should be using 3D LUTs for SDR especially.

For SDR grayscale calibration, use the "2023 SDR 8-bit White Balance LEGAL" patch list available in the downloads section of the LG White Balance tool.
