256 patches limitation in Manual Measure

Hello,

I was wondering why is there a limitation of maximum 256 patches in a cvs when importing a list in Manual Measure?
This limitation does not exist when using Characterisation - Custom Sequences.

Quite simply because Manual Measure is not designed for Characterisation.
The graphical patch colour list, etc., cannot manage large patch sets.
