WIBNI there were explicably sensible window stacking semantics. If I have pop-out floating graphs, I can click on one to get them all to come to front, and thus above the Main Menu window, but if I then click on the associated Profiling window, the Main Menu window is brought forward to be in front of the pop-outs.
