Using Manual Measure, if the very first Preset List you select contains user definable names, the user definable name for the 0th patch is not initially displayed, only the RGB values.

Using Manual Measure, if you currently have one Preset List selected, and then select a different Preset List, the RGB values and user definable name for the new 0th patch are not initially displayed; the text from the last-selected patch in the previous Preset List remain displayed.

After testing again, the confusion is that when you select a Preset List, the 0th patch in that list is automatically highlighted as if it has been selected, but the previously displayed Patch Colour, RGB, and user defined name are not updated to reflect that. Either they should be updated, or the 0th patch shouldn't be highlighted.
