KonVision KUM 3120S OLED - LUT upload error from ColourSpace [Fixed]

I've recently being trying to upload a number of ColourSpace generated LUTs to a KonVision KUM 3120S OLED and get a "Load error" warning each time I load the LUT.
The LUT does however seem to load and operate correctly.
Loading a Null LUT works fine and reports no error.

The KonVision firmware is:
DSP Version: V74220830
EDP Version: V75220916
and
MCU Version: V221104-V1.8-UEF-J

The ColourSpace Version is v1.0.0.1507

I'm guessing this may be a handshake timing issue?
Please note that this firmware is a recent release, in response to my request to allow the KonVision "Metamerism" to be turned off to selected slots.
Any thoughts?

I think you'll need to discuss this with Konvision, as we do not have that model here to verify.

But, no other Konvision users have reported any similar issues.

Oh - one user did report he had issues on his PC setting subnet mask and gateway manually, with the changes not actually being saved...

He could connect to the display, but couldn't upload LUTs, or get the iTPG to work.

Fixing the subnet and gateway settings on the PC sorted things.

Konvision have confirmed this is caused by a change in the firmware on their 4K displays vs. their previous HD ones.
But they say the error message can be ignored, as the LUT is loading correctly.

We have made a to change the ColourSpace integration to compensate for the incorrect error message.
