Do you remember this bug?
Similar issue when adding AUG to a source profile. If the profile you indicate in the Output name exists, you are warned for modifying, and if you press y, the profile modified is the source profile. I have also add many cases that augmented data are lost. But so randomly I cannot give a way to replicate. Anyhow if the source profile is the same as the Output name, it always work.
In addition, minor, the Aug data name reported in the form (after profile selection), is truncated in a strange way. There is room for 18 characters:
12345678901234567890 => 123456789012345678 OK
Grey_Scale_Normal => Grey_Scale_No ?
Grey Scale_Large => Grey Scale L ?
Grey Scale => Grey S ?

The loss of Aug data has never been seen, so cannot do anything until there is a way to replicate.

The 'number of characters' issue I don't understand.
