Default Black & White visibility [Fixed]

If you save a set of measurements, such that default Black and/or White points are forcibly added, the added points are not immediately reflected in current graphs and the average dE calculation. It appears to be necessary to switch graphs in the profiling window to get them to appear.

The requirement for Black & White points will be removed in the next release.
