Using non-english MS Excel will save cvs with semicolons instead of commas as separators. These cannot be opended and must be manually edited.

Please remember that CSV files are Comma Separated Values, which follows a standard:
Data, a comma, data, a comma, etc.
It is a set standard specification.

You can change the default list separator for saving Excel files as text (. csv)

• File > Options > Advanced > Editing options > Use system separators.
• Set to comma as needed.
