For Sale: Used Admesy Hyperion and MSE+ 20mm Colorimeters ,
I have multiple used Admesy Hyperion and Admesy MSE+ 20mm colorimeters available. All units have been thoroughly tested by me for precision, accuracy, and consistency — they are in excellent working condition with no issues.
Shipping is from Hong Kong. I will cover all shipping costs, duties, and any risk of damage during transit.

You can check the specifications and performance of the colorimeters on www.admesy.com.
Current prices:
Admesy Hyperion – £875
Admesy MSE+ 20mm – £150
For reputable, long-standing forum members, I'm open to shipping the units first and receiving payment only after you've tested them.

Nice colorimeters. Can you keep one of the MSE+ units for me, I'll buy one from you.

I shall use it as inspiration to step further on my calibration journey, and in the process LightIllusion will enjoy more of my custom when I upgrade to one of their professional licences to make the most of it.

I can be contacted through e-mail at victory@live.ie or nx_87 on Discord.
Cheers.

Please note that the MSE+ units are an unknown when it comes to ColourSpace Integration.
We have no idea if they will work.

Thanks for the heads-up, Steve. They also seem to be a legacy or discontinued item. They do not show up in a search of the Admesy site, only with some online sellers.

Admesy have now said the MSE+ 'may' work...
But still needs actual testing with ColourSpace.
And yes, the MSE+ are old units that have not been available from Admesy for some time - the Hyperion too, although less old.
We know the Hyperion works, as that was the first unit we integrated.

Thanks to the senior forum members Jonathon Zener, David Lee Flores, and Tomasz Wróbel — a monitor and TV reviewer from Poland (https://www.youtube.com/@MoreleTV) — we have successfully completed all transactions.
Below is David Lee Flores' feedback on the Hyperion after his testing:

I'm glad payment was received and thank you for the tips.
Fortunately, my ColourSpace license level does support Admesy colorimeters and I own a consumer-level spectro which I use for probe matching. I've also received some advice from other ColourSpace users who have experience with Admesy meters.

I've already performed a couple of SDR 3D LUT calibrations and calibrated my HDR10 and Dolby Vision picture modes on my LG G3. The Hyperion has significantly decreased profiling times for 3D LUT calibrations. I'm very happy with the purchase.

As of today, I'm awaiting delivery of an MSE+
I'll do the community a favour and buy a ColourSpace DPS licence to see if it is indeed compatible, if it isn't then I'll just change my licence to HTL, which I was going to buy anyway for making 3D LUTs and use the typical X-Rite colorimeter/spectro combo I already have.

At least the MSE+ will always work with Admesy' own 'Iliad' software for taking simple spot measurements if it happens to not be the case.

The Admesy Hyperion is a robust and durable colorimeter with high accuracy and extremely fast measurement speed. It is suitable for OLED measurements and is mainly used by panel manufacturers like Samsung. Its performance is superior to the CA-310 and comparable to the CA-410. Compared to the MSE+, it features a completely new design. It was released more recently than devices like the i1D3, K10, and CA-310, and its factory price typically exceeds £3,000. At this price point, it is one of the best choices for OLED measurement.

Here is the feedback from forum user Tyler Bills after receiving the unit:
"I have received the colorimeter and everything is working great in Colourspace. I am surprised how much faster the Hyperion is than even my K10.
Best,
Tyler"

Had a great experience buying both an MSE+ and later a Hyperion also - no issues, quick delivery, safe packaging and excellent condition.
The performance of Admesy instruments is nothing short of amazing, even the darkest readings coming out of black take just the blink of an eye to complete.

Feeling like I got a great deal here, kudos!

The Hyperion really is a serious piece of kit compared to an i1D3. It's enhanced the picture quality on all my displays. Hopefully your experience is similar to mine.

Sadly, my order is in Customs limbo, being part of a larger shipment of goods selected by CBP for further inspection 10 days ago. Can't wait to see how it performs on our Samsung S90C.

I've since upgraded to a ColourSpace HTP licence during the recent sale and had time to really test the Hyperion and the software properly.

I can only echo your sentiment.
I had high hopes and expectations for both, given the expense from a non-professional 'AV enthusiast' perspective, but honestly I'm really amazed at the results.
You get what you pay for in life. I'm overwhelmingly impressed by LUT generation capabilities of ColourSpace, so big kudos to Light Illusion too!

Sigh! Still waiting on Customs. They say I can't ask them to trace a particular package until 45 business days (9 weeks) after it was placed on a hold...

The seller must be able to contact the shipper he used to get an update.
We ship all around the world, and have never had an issue this bad.
