Question regarding probe matching....

I see the latest update to ColourSpace included a change to probe matching.
I'm in the habit of using David's Manual Probe match verification as provided in the Additions section of the Light Illusion site for my SDR probe matches.
Any attempt to verify measurements using David's verification patch sets (with the display and ColourSpace video range / bit depth changed accordingly) in v .1895 results in luminance deviations of ~2%, with the probe matched colorimeter (Calibrite ColorChecker Display Plus) measuring lower in luminance than the spectro (i1 Pro 2).
Is this a result of the probe matching change? If so, what patch values are needed to manually verify the probe match?

So long as you use the same patches for the probe matching - for Active and Reference - nothing else matters, and nothing has changed.
Obviously, the verification has to also be done with the same patches for both probes during the verification process too.

To verify the match itself, the patches should also really be the same patch values as used for the actual matching.
Using different patch values will likely cause variations in readings due to inherent non-linearities in the probes and the display.

Thank you. Looking over the user guide, I can see now how to perform probe matching verification as I had previously. Although, I've found Enrico's method of utilizing secondary execution to be a much more thorough method of verification.
