If you have downloaded the Free Look LUTs we would love to see your results, including a description of your application of the LUTs, posted to the Free Look LUTs thread within our Forum, including before/after images and a description of the workflow used.

Coming Soon: LightSpace Connect - Android/iOS App

In the light Illusion office We are presently playing with an Alpha version of a new Android/iOS patch generator App for LightSpace.

The App should run on Android and Apple mobile phones, Firestick, Chromecast, AppleTV, etc.
(Probably some restrictions depending on the device used, but that's yet to be proven.)

Testing at the moment has been on a Samsung Galaxy S5, both profiling the phone screen, as well as profiling a TV via Screen Mirroring and MHL HDMI cable.

No release date as yet, as more testing is required... but should not be too far away. Keep an eye on the Light Illusion website for more info.

New SpaceMan ICC version released: v1.0.55

A new version of SpaceMan ICC has been released, with changes to the options for the colour spaces used when loading a 3D LUT for conversion into an ICC profile.

The main change is the option to use Encoding Gamma or Power Law Gamma, as many graphics programs incorrectly use Encoding Gamma for image processing, plus new colour spaces.

Additional user information has been added to the SpaceMan ICC User Guide, explaining the new colour space options, as well as more in-depth information on how to use SpaceMan generated ICC profiles with software programs such as Photoshop, as well as for Display Calibration.
