Hi.

I wonder how to go with SpaceMan ICC Profile Manager.

What i have gathered so far is that i do the calibration like
usually but with help of java app that emulates networked device
which is generating patterns on my computer monitor.

This is the most confusing aspect to me at the moment.

Later i just use SpaceMan just to convert my LUT to ICC?

Margus.

Hi Margus,

You calibrate the display as per normal, and make the LUT.
That may or may not require the use of the Java App - that depends on the way you want to connct the display to LightSpace, and has noting to do with the later use of SpaceMan ICC.

When you have the calibration LUT, you then use SpaceMan ICC to convert the LUT into an ICC profile.

Does that help?

Hi Margus - no, SpaceMactch DCM is a separate product that you can use directly with LightSpace CMS, as it exports a VCGT LUT.

Direct ICC operation is separate.
